How do I add items to my inventory locations?

  • Specify supplier and quantity: For each item you add, you can indicate exactly which wholesaler you want to order it from and in what quantity. This gives you full control over your purchasing processes.
  • Customizable order stickers: Personalize your order stickers per item. Add notes, specific ordering instructions or your own item numbers so everyone on your team knows clearly what needs to be ordered.
  • Images on stickers: We have images available for many items. You can choose to print these images on your order stickers, which makes identifying and ordering items even easier.
  • Excel import: If you have a large number of articles, you can download our handy Excel template from BarTrack.com. Simply enter your item information into the template and import it into the InventoryManager on bartrack.com.
